CEREAL BARS
-have lots of sugar content
-generally coated with more sugar to produce a crunchy texture 
 
ENERGY DRINKS
-highly acidic and high sugar content
 
CANNED FRUIT
-packed in syrup
-coated in sugar 
 
GUMMY CANDIES & CHOCOLATE COVERED RAISINS
-high sugar content 
-stick to teeth
-prolonged exposure to sugar
 
CHEWING ICE CUBES
-can break teeth
-too hard to chew
 
BREAD
-saliva when chewing breaks down starch into sugar
 
SOFT DRINKS
-contain large amounts of sugar
-very acidic
-fruit juices can also contain large amounts if sugar 
 
POPCORN
-kernels get sick between teeth
-can cause plaque buildup
 
FRUIT
-lemons
-limes
-pomegranate
-grapes
-pineapple
 
Note: These foods don’t have to be avoided completely.
Just be cautious of the amount of these foods you consume.
Always follow a proper oral hygiene routine daily.
