Recare calls?
Recare
calls are made to patients who have not made an appointment when they were in for their last visit- recare appointments are recommended for your oral health by your hygenist. Your hygienist recommends these intervals ie 3 mos to 6 mos generally.
It is important to book and keep these appointments to maintain your optimum  oral health.
This also applies to treatment your dentist reccomend for you , such as fillings or any other treatment.
The reason we call our patients to book these appointments.
We want our patients to benefit from the treatment that is recommended for them!
We are all very busy these days - so we like to give a friendly reminder to book your dental treatments.
Sometimes a patient may not book for reasons we are unaware of, so when we call, we can work to accommodate our patients needs. This may involve financial arrangements or maybe explaining the procedures to patients .
We very much appreciate speaking with our patients and allowing us to be a partner in their oral health.
