Healthy foods to maintain good oral health
 
According to the Ontario  Dental  Association. To maintain strong healthy teeth and good oral health , you need to ensure you are eating enough of these foods:
-whole-grain breads 
-whole grain cereals 
-fruits and vegetables 
-lean meats.
Some healthy choices for snacks:
-nuts and seeds
-Peanut butter
-Cheese 
-Plain yogurt -Dairy products 
Also try to limit snacks that are high in sugar!
