SUMMER IS COMING
We know that at this time of year , we're all looking forward to relaxing in the sun and spending time with our friends and families.
During the summer it’s typical for our routines to change . That’s okay. Summer is a time of fun and it’s important that you indulge yourself in what summer has to offer.
However ; one routine that you cannot afford to compromise on is your oral hygiene routine. No matter what time of year it is, brushing your teeth 2-3 times per day and flossing on a daily basis are essential for your overall health and well-being.
Try to limit food and drinks that can be harmful to your teeth.
Opt for water and sugar free drinks when possible. Try to avoid foods that are starchy or acidic.
If your planning to go away and you have any concerns regarding your oral health . Please come and see us before you go. Nothing can be worse than a dental problem on vacation !
