Exams,  x-rays,  cleanings, fluoride and sealants for kids up to a certain age.
Basic restorative
fillings, root  canals,
extractions and periodontal scaling and root planing (deep cleaning)

Frequencies
Your plan allows certain services at certain intervals for example cleanings maybe every six months plus one day full set of x-rays are usually limited to every 3 to 5 years, that means if you switch dentists ,  you want to have those x-rays sent over before you arrive for your appointment.
