You can find these dark chocolates/bars at your grocery store and health food store. Look for the chocolate product that contains 100% real cocoa beans, these will be generally low in sugar and high in fibre.
Remember to read the label, looking for the least amount of sugar, and also, moderation as always is the best way to enjoy your chocolate treat.
