  1. Maintain a regular oral hygiene routine Brush at least twice per day
  2. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush or an electric toothbrush
  3. Floss at least once per day
  4. Don't forget to clean your tongue
  5. Visit your dentist and hygienist at least every 6 months
  6. Consume a healthy diet, rich in vitamins and nutrients. Limit your intake of sugary and acidic food and drinks
  7. Drink plenty of water
  8. Avoid snacking on sugary foods
  9. Avoid overconsumption of alcohol
  10. Don't smoke
