Dr. Thaira Jasim

Dr. Thaira Jasim, BDS, Msc (Orthodontics), FRCDC

Dr. Jasim earned her dental degree with honors in the year 2000, then her masters degree with honors in the specialty of orthodontics in the year 2006.

She has been living and serving in the Durham region since 2014, proudly bringing over 20 years of experience to her patients. She enjoys treating children, teens and adults alike, providing them with the smiles they deserve in the most professional, caring, and friendly ways possible.

Dr. Jasim (or TJ as she is known) has always loved teaching since graduating; she continues to teach at the University of Toronto and finds that as one way of giving back to the wonderful community she loves.

She continues to update her knowledge with continuing education courses and is a proud member of the RCDSO, RCDC, AAO, CAO, OAO, CDA, ODA, and DODA.
